Romantic and historic building complex a stone's throw from the center

The estate complex called "Villa Troili" was built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Immersed in a wide historic park with rows of trees, (14 hectares), it is located near Via Aurelia Antica and about 5 km from San Pietro. It features a series of buildings, historically and artistically valuable, among which the main villa called Villa Troili stands out. In the past, two of the buildings were used as a nursing home, called "Building I" and "Building II" including an exclusive courtyard of 2,804 square meters.
