On the hills of Pisa there is this beautiful estate made up of four farmhouses for residential use and other outbuildings, immersed in a large garden: the manor house, the guardian's house, the farmer's house and the barn. To complete the property a land of about 18 hectares partly with olive groves, woods and a flourishing garden, with cypresses and fruit trees. Equipped with a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, an artesian well and an artificial lake for collecting rainwater, now populated by water lilies. The houses, renovated respecting the original architectural features typical of the Tuscan countryside, all have an independent entrance, external spaces for exclusive use and independent heating. The estate consists of two infinity pools, one of which can be heated and equipped with a telescopic glass cover which makes it usable even beyond the summer season. The area around the pool includes a pleasant solarium area with outdoor shower and a small pool house. The manor house of about 380 square meters, has a large living area with porch, kitchen, kitchenette for guests, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and a guest bathroom. The remaining rural buildings, completely renovated, with a total area of approximately 540 sqm, have been divided into apartments with bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, and practical outbuildings for storage, warehouses and covered garages. All with independent access to the garden.
