Ancient Dammuso surrounded by nature in Pantelleria

This Ancient dammuso, that was renovated and expanded 15 years ago, located in contrada Penna, a typical area of Pantelleria not far from Scauri, stands surrounded in a thick Mediterranean scrub of eucalyptus, arbutus and holm oak, and offers a magnificent view of the sunset over the sea.
Overlooking a large cultivated soil, the dammuso consists in two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them en-suite, a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and an office-laundry space. Air conditioning is installed in the whole house, keeping an optimum temperature in the warmer months, as well as in the cold ones.
A wide terrace running all around the dammuso, offers two possibilities to enjoy the outside space thanks to two outdoor sittings located on opposite sides of the house, in order to shelter from both the main winds persistent on the island.
The property is completed by a 13 meters long swimming pool, with a large sitting area. The large courtyard as well as the different plantations all around the property, ensure privacy and tranquility to the users.
