Design Villa at the gateway of the Langhe region

In a strategic position a few minutes from the villages of Bra and Cherasco, gateway of the Langhe region, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, bright villa recently renovated.
The property is the result of the skilful work of the architects of the UAU studio, "Una Architettura Unica", whose strategy was to imagine a renovation that took into account the original plant of the house, but without sacrificing modern standards of comfort.
Already from the name of the villa, "Belvedere", we can understand the great potential that it manages to express, with a unique view of Monviso and the entire Alpine Arc from every window. Inside the property develops a generous but well-studied size, where each room also enjoys the choices in terms of furniture design and use of materials. On the entrance floor the living area, with a large study with an exposed brick vault, a hallway, a dining room, a modern and functional kitchen with access to the garden, and a large and original bathroom. Upstairs, reachable through a spectacular staircase-bookcase, a second living room very bright and wanting to connect with the large study of the floor below, four bedrooms and services. The entire house, in energy class A4, is a real bath of light, and thanks to the solutions adopted and the study of the interior it has been selected by Platform in the publication Best Italian Interior Design Selection.
