The property is a portion of the noble palace called Fanti formerly Bornati built in the eighteenth century, located in the heart of Franciacorta in Cazzago San Martino and precisely in the district of Bornato.
The main façade overlooks the well-kept garden and has two beautiful arcades, one with vaulted ceilings, which lead to the living area on the ground floor. We find the three welcoming frescoed living rooms with fireplace, the fine dining room and the large living room with vaulted exposed brick ceilings.
