Lying on the slopes of the majestic Etna volcano stands this exclusive villa with swimming pool, surrounded by a luxuriant citrus grove of about one hectare. The main feature of the property is its privacy and its privileged position with sea and mountain views. We are located just minutes from the vibrant historic center of Acireale and from the motorway exit that connects Catania airport with the main tourist realities of eastern Sicily such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos and the Etna villages. The villa stands on two levels: a large open space is the entrance to the upper part of the building, where there is a kitchen and a bathroom for guests; adjacent to the living area there is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom and a cantine consisting of a kitchen with a large living room which leads to an outdoor veranda ideal for outdoor dining and convivial moments. To support the daily needs of the house there are a laundry and various warehouses. Two verandas used as solarium and barbecue corner surround the perimeter of the house.
