Stunning property overlooking the Lake of Lugano with a magnificent panoramic view. The main villa, built in the late ‘30s but completely restored in the years 2002-2005, spreads over 3 floors of approximately 100 sqm each: on the ground floor there is the main entrance located in a central position, on the right part the dining room, on the left a large kitchen furnished in country style with a large fireplace. In the area behind the kitchen there is the boiler room, also used as a pantry and laundry room. On the first landing of the stairs there is a bathroom. The first floor features a spacious living room with a bow window that overlooks the lake and comprises a large yellow-marble fireplace. On this floor there are a bedroom for guests with en-suite bathroom and, on the opposite side, the library with the staircase that allows the access to the attic floor. A small studio completes the floor. The attic floor is characterized by ceilings with exposed beams and consists of a large living room, a central bedroom with a terrace overlooking the lake, a second bedroom also with lake view, a room used as walk-in closet and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi, used in common by the two bedrooms and overlooking the terrace on the upstream side.
