The ruined bodies need a complete restoration. The photos represent a feasibility project not included in the sale price. Fondo Salva is an ancient estate at the foot of Mount Erice and its fortunate position offers a unique view of the gulf of Bonagia and Mount Cofano. Experiencing the place is like going back in time, strict laws protect the custody of these typical silences interrupted only by the crickets of the Sicilian countryside. The combination of sea and countryside offers the possibility of enjoying an exclusive and different sea at the same time: the very close white beaches with a turquoise sea or rocks with a deep blue sea. The property consists of 5 hectares of land of Mediterranean scrub and an architectural complex made up of historic buildings to be restored made of local exposed stone, of different sizes and conformations. The land on which it stands is hilly, where there are ruins with the possibility of having 500 covered square meters and two stone water wells. The project proposes what can be achieved: a complex of four villas of a total covered area of 500 m2 divided into various levels and with the presence of a terrace overlooking the sea, and 500 m2 of exteriors. An important connecting element between the buildings is the new infinity pool, positioned on a natural slope, to be visible from the house and to have a remarkable view towards the wonderful panorama of Monte Cofano. The buildings do not have direct ties to the Superintendency of the BBCC, therefore it is possible to intervene through a restructuring, maintaining the same volume and general conformation, making some partial modifications, in order to make them more suited to current life needs.
