Ancient farmhouse located in the Alto Monferrato, between the small villages of Prasco and Cremolino, both known for the castle that dominates their historic center and which characterizes their vision. The area is known for its wine: the Dolcetto d'Ovada is particularly renowned, for which the two towns are DOC zones. Once belonging to the Marquises Stella of Rome, the property was completely renovated in the early 1990s. The manor house is on 2 levels, with a basement where the technical room, the cellar and the garage are located. The entrance, with its large porch from which you can enjoy the view of the pool, leads into the living room, characterized by vaulted ceilings and by a fireplace, where the dining room is also located. The floor continues with the large kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom and a service area with bedroom and bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the billiard room, with exposed beams and a fireplace set in a stained glass window from which to enjoy the spectacular view over the valley. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace, which connects the main building to the second body of the building. The latter, located on the ground floor and completely renovated, is currently used as a storage room and pool changing room. Furthermore, the property includes a lovely outbuilding obtained from the old sheepfold, with fireplace, sauna and shower, also equipped with an external porch with barbecue and wood-burning oven. The park includes a centuries-old woodland meadow, an orchard and approximately 19 hectares of land. A few meters from the swimming pool is the ancient church of S. Biagio, with a single nave and a tall bell tower on the façade. The estate, despite being in the peace of nature, is located just 20 minutes from the historic town of Acqui Terme, dating back to the Roman period, 40 km from Alessandria and an hour from Genoa.
