The villa was meticulously restored from what were formerly an olive mill and a barn, now connected by a large entrance hall and terrace, in an impressive stone-built building.

This elegant estate is situated near the seaside, with the Apuane and Apennine mountains to the north. It is a short drive to beaches and to magnificent cites like the walled city of Lucca, Pisa with its famous Tower, and the Renaissance Florence. The estate itself offers a wonderful reprieve with its beautiful grounds and pool. The very well groomed garden and terraces offer guests many lovely areas to sit outside and enjoy the views of the countryside. The impressive swimming pool has a salt water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. Particular care was placed in the construction of this estate, using only traditional materials for this type of structure. The interiors have been tastefully furnished in a country yet elegant style. The house is equipped with all modern amenities, for instance central heating, Wi-Fi, and satellite television. The location of the house, its efficient insulation, and the presence of ceiling fans in every bedroom ensure that the temperature remains comfortable even during the hottest summer nights.
