Villa del Solaro - Beautiful villa in the heart of Capri, not far from the famous "piazzetta", positioned on the hill with a view over the Faraglioni.
The property is the perfect place for those looking for a relaxing holiday, immersed in peace and tranquillity, yet close to all the attractions Capri has to offer.
It belonged to the famous writer Raffaele La Capria who wrote the book "Capri no more Capri ".
The villa has three double bedrooms, one of which with double beds, each with its own bathroom. It is also available, on request, an additional double bedroom with bathroom and access from the outside.
The kitchen and large living room overlook the stunning terraces, where you can find several relaxation areas where you can read a book or sip a good glass of wine.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and includes a garden and four terraces, a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area, all with wonderful views of Capri and the Faraglioni.
The villa does not have A/C but there are fans in every room.
