Villa Gemini is a luxury and scenic villa in the most panoramic part of the center of Porto Cervo, an area in which there are only prestigious properties like this one. We are also within walking distance from the famous promenade of Porto Cervo.
This recently built villa is equipped with all the comforts and cared for in every detail with regards to equipment and services. The house is arranged on three levels making the most of the sinuosity of the property and favoring light and views to all areas of the home.
On the main level, reached by a beautiful entrance, we find the living areas, designed both as large and bright individual rooms, and as a large single space, thanks to the incredible windows that allow light and offer views of the beautiful landscape. Spacious dining area, relaxation and lounge areas, a cozy bar area and on the same level fantastic terrace with views and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a teak sunbathing area.
