Villa Blue Dream, a recently renovated villa that stands on a large perfectly manicured land that leads to the crystal clear waters of the Piccolo Pevero and offers its guests a breathtaking view. During the summer season the bay is frequented by many boats, which cheer up even the hottest evenings with their presence.
The structure of the property is very harmonious and enjoys an uncommon brightness, thanks to the large windows and the predominantly white finishes of the walls and floors, alternating with furnishings characterized by soft colors, expertly blended by the owner's elegant hand.
The house, equipped with every comfort, has 5 bedrooms with bathroom and an additional guest bathroom; a living room with a dining room; a very modern kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances, and two staff rooms, with three beds and with bathroom.
The outdoor spaces reflect the style and elegance of the interior and are divided into various relaxation areas: some discoveries closer to the sea, others sheltered by sail awnings or a typical straw umbrella; a barbecue area with dining area and an unmissable jacuzzi area by the sea complete the property.
Not far from the main villa there is also a beautiful annex with bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. It too enjoys superb views and direct access to the sea.
A parking area for four / five cars is provided for guests.
