Villa Nature in the centre of the famous Porto Cervo is in a dominant position with magnificent views of Pevero, Tavolara and Porto Cervo. The property, arranged on several levels, is in perfect condition and is designed to offer guests the maximum comfort and privacy.
The night area consists of 6 bedrooms, each with private entrance and en-suite bathroom. The splendid swimming pool, also built on several levels, can be reached from every room of the villa as well as directly from outside of the home. This area consists of a pleasant living area, a splendid equipped kitchen and dining area. A second dining area is provided outside of the villa in a panoramic but protected position.
The area dedicated to the staff consists of 3 bedrooms with respective bathrooms, as well as a large laundry and ironing room; on the same level (we are in the lower part of the house) we find a cinema and an area dedicated to fitness and relax, with a massage room and SPA, this area can also be converted into two single bedrooms. A second kitchen is designed to make the floor independent and offer support to the living area.
The entire roof of the property has been turned into a garden and a splendid solarium, with breath-taking views over the surrounding areas.
