Magnificent design villa full of charme

This magnificent villa is the harmonious expression of its owners' attention to elegance, detail and functionality. The aim of the project was to give priority to large reception areas that could accommodate the numerous friends and family members. The penthouse features a large open space with a pitched roof which allows you to see the sky through a series of glass skylights. A large fireplace, set in the centre of a double-height library, is the centrepiece of this space. All rooms are designed with accuracy and their décor reflects the incredible taste of ageless pieces collected over time and designer masterpieces. A dining room, made entirely of glass and steel, extends onto the terrace, which, like a winter garden, allows the outdoor space to be experienced in any season. The terraces surrounding this floor are shielded by giant bamboo plants and ancient olive trees. From this floor, through a double height, one can enjoy the view of the living room below, leading to the sleeping area; this space is reached thorough a staircase with cantilevered steps of Piasentina stone. The double height is defined by a spectacular window that embraces the two floors, providing light and a view of the garden. All the fixtures are made of crystal and steel and are controlled by sophisticated home automation, which also manages the lighting system and is functional to highlight the art woks of the house. The sleeping area with its own living room TV lounge and library, includes two suites, one of which is a master suite, with a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with separate toilet, shower, and space for a pool bath in fine marble. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and is of considerable size. The materials on this floor, are accurately selected marble and mosaics for the bathrooms and aged oak planks for the floor. A spectacular glass lift and a charming staircase lead to the dining room and to the kitchen. The crystal lift allows a continuous view of all floors, while a freight elevator connects all floors to the kitchen. The dining zone is characterised a sculpture table which seats up to twenty-four guests and by a Tamburella sculpture on the back wall. The kitchen, surrounded by glass walls, has a central island which includes industrial burners, two dishwashers and top-of-the-range appliances, as well as two refrigerators, a coffee machine, industrial ovens. The staff area consists of a maid room, a bathroom, a chauffeur's room, a laundry/ironing room and a study space. A large garage for two cars and a driver's bathroom completes this floor. The house is protected by a sophisticated alarm system and internal and external cameras. The area has its own 24-hour guardian, and privacy is guaranteed by careful supervision. In the common part of the complex: two outdoor parking spaces and a garden with a children's and a dog's area.
