Italy Sotheby's International Realty first showroom is located in via Gesù 5, in the heart of the Milan Fashion District. The new space, inside the historic Palazzo Bagatti Valsecchi, is surrounded by unique pieces of furniture that made the history of the 20th-century design: from the iconic D70 sofa to the monumental Valmarana table by Carlo Scarpa and other ones by great masters. The strategic position, with large showcases on the street, is actually something new for Italy Sotheby's International Realty, which has always preferred a discreet presence within historic buildings in major Italian cultural cities.

Italy Sotheby's International Realty opens the second showroom in the heart of Rome, in Via Fontanella di Borghese 38, a few steps from Trinità dei Monti and Via dei Condotti. The project of the new space, composed of four different rooms, was born in collaboration with the Giustini/Stagetti Gallery, which for over ten years has based its research on 20th-century Italian design and international contemporary design. The showroom was furnished and projected in collaboration with the Gallery and was supposed to welcome guests in a private place, among some of the most iconic Italian designed pieces, that is renowned all over the world for their elegance, essential lines, and great attention to quality.
