Italy Sotheby's International Realty openED its first office in Milan in January 2012. From that moment, after the opening of 10 offices throughout the Italian territory, it became a leading Italian real estate company, providing the highest standards of services and the widest international exposure. The Milan office is located in the Quadrilatero della Moda, in Via Manzoni 45, inside a neoclassical style building, that hosted the first headquarters of the Galleria del Naviglio, a reference point for contemporary art and birthplace of Spatialism by Lucio Fontana. In June 2021, we celebrated the opening of the first Real Estate showroom, located in via Gesù 5 and showing design pieces among the most representative of the 20-century Italian architecture.

Rome has been attracting visitors for two millennia and is still one of the most exciting and romantic destinations in the world. Italy Sotheby's International Realty offers its customers a large portfolio of properties in Rome, Capri and along the Amalfi Coast. Located right in front of Palazzo Colonna and inside the famous Palazzo Odescalchi, whose façade was originally designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini in 1665, the office is strategically positioned to offer properties suited to the different needs of clients. In December 2021 the brand's second showroom was inaugurated, in the heart of the capital, in via della Fontanella di Borghese 38, to welcome customers in a private space, surrounded by emblematic architecture and design pieces of the Italian masters.

A vibrant city, famous for its good food and theater, Naples is one of the most beautiful places in southern Italy.
