Lodovico Pignatti Morano, born in Rome in 1974. He has lived for over ten years in London working in the field of Leveraged Buy Out (L.B.O.). He holds a Master's degree in real estate finance and economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Queen Mary & Westfield College in London. In 2012, together with his brother Clemente Pignatti Morano, he decided to give life to Italy Sotheby's International Realty with the intention to offer the real estate sector a service tailored to the customer with a portfolio of extraordinary national and international properties.
Clemente Pignatti Morano was born in Rome in 1979. After graduating in Economics and Company Legislation at the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan, and taking specialized courses at the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School, he worked for Deloitte Financial advisory services and KPMG in M&A and extraordinary finance operations. In 2012 he decided to give life to Italy Sotheby's International Realty with the intention of creating a high quality nationwide service in the real estate sector.
Being the daughter of a former Italian Ambassador, Diletta has lived in various cities all over the world (Berlin, Bonn, Zurich, Vienna, New York, Ankara). This has always helped her to grasp a better understanding of the various cultures and different requirements of international clients. Before joining Italy Sotheby's International Realty as Head of Residential, she worked for 9 years in the international luxury rental market, dealing both with national and international clients.
Originally from Emilia, she graduated in Economics for the Arts, Culture and Communication at the Bocconi University of Milan in 2003. She began her professional career following her passion for music in the world of discography, before specializing in marketing, digital marketing and communication in the Hospitality sector. She enthusiastically embraces the opening project of Italy Sotheby's International Realty in 2012, with the first opening in Milan. After an important experience as Digital Marketing Manager for one of the main Italian hotel groups, she returns to Sotheby's International Realty in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer.
Mirta was able to gather her skills in the fields of Administration, Finance and Control in many different contexts, including international ones, getting a BA in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University in 2001 and a Degree in Economics in 2007. After various experiences, both in professional consultancy and in business coordination in the AFC area, including the d'Amico Società di Navigazione Group and the Green Network Energy Group, she joined Italy Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, in the position of Head of Admin and Financial Control.
Raffaele was born in 1974 and graduated in Law from the University of Bari with honors in 1997. After a working experience in London, he moved to Milan in 2001 and since then he has been working with boutique law firms of primary standing. Today he works as Counsel of Giovannelli e Associati. He is focused on business law and legal advisory of extraordinary transactions related to the sale and purchase of companies and real estate. Raffaele cooperates with Sotheby's International Realty, since the foundation of the company of the Pignatti Morano brothers in Italy in 2012.
Luca was born in Milan in 1974. Graduated in Consumption and Advertising at the IULM University of Milan, he began his professional career in the commercial world working for an important international group in the metals sector (aluminum and its derivatives) specializing in the automotive and engineering. The decision to move to the real estate sector in 2008 is a natural consequence of the experience and skills acquired, opening and developing the Italian commercial activity of an important international luxury brand; after two years he joined the board as the chief executive officer. In 2012 he enthusiastically joined the new opening project of Italy Sotheby's International Realty as Chairman; from 2017 he is the director of the residential department of the Milan office.
Born in Milan, strongly linked to her city, that she knows very well, Laura developed a long experience in the branch of Customer Management in the Insurance world. Keen on the history of architecture, she later dedicated herself to the management of private real estate assets throughout the country, focusing her business on assets with a strong historical value. In 2016 she moved to Lake Maggiore, where she began an important experience in Luxury Real Estate. After establishing significant commercial and professional relationships with HNWI buyers, Laura came back to her native city in 2022 as Head of Sales for the Milan office, joining Italy Sotheby's International Realty.
Keen on the real estate sector since always, where she has been working since 2004, Valentina graduated in Law in 2008. Then she attended a Master in Real Estate Management at the SAA in Turin: this training course allowed her to get to know various realities, within which she had the opportunity to interact with different partners (banks, real estate funds, asset management companies and major construction companies). Between 2019 and 2021 she worked in a listed company, acquiring management and problem solving skills.
The strong ambition to grow in the world of Luxury, combined with the desire to deal with international clients, brought Valentina in 2022 to Italy Sotheby's International Realty, where she holds the role of Head of Sales of the Turin office.

Born in Treviso, he soon approached the real estate market, where he has been active for more than twenty years. Taking advantage of the productive dynamism that characterizes the north-east of Italy, he specializes in real estate investments for office, commercial, industrial and logistic purposes, providing advice to the major industrial realities of northern Italy and also managing the real estate assets of various entrepreneurs. Graduated with honors from UCL in London, Marco spent a year abroad and fell in love with Italy while studying Italian literature at the University of Bologna. Born and raised in Scotland, in fact, he began his career in the Hotels sector in Mayfair, London, right next to the Sotheby's office. During this time he often traveled to the Caribbean, between Barbados and Antigua. Determined to move permanently to Italy, Marco began his career in the Real Estate sector 15 years ago, mainly in Tuscany. Today he lives there with his wife and two daughters.
Graduated in Economics and Business at La Sapienza University of Rome, Patrizia goes to live in Milan and London and then returns to her beloved city, Rome. She took her first steps in the real estate world in 1993 by chance and liked it so much that she kept working there uninterruptedly since then. She began her professional career by selecting franchisees and assisting the real estate network she worked with, then founded two brokerage companies becoming their Managing Director. During this experience, she dealt with both Italian and international clients. In 2020, keen on the luxury real estate sector and willing to offer its customers the best service on the market, Patrizia joins the Sotheby’s International Realty team, to enthusiastically cover the role of Head of Sales for Rome Office. Born and raised in Naples, after graduating in Languages and Literature, Sabrina moved to Milan and then returned to her home town in 2011. Thanks to several years of experience in the national and international real estate market, she works with experience and professionalism, dealing with the area of Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Today she covers the role of Head of Sales, coordinating the team that manages these enchanting territories.
Born in Noto, he has a deep knowledge of the Sicilian real estate market and the Val di Noto in particular.
After a long experience in financial consultancy, he sensed the growth trend of the Sicilian market and the interest of foreign investors.

She approaches the retail segment management by affinity and passion, succeeding in the years to follow with several urban projects in Milan - as the realization of the design street - Via Durini, which she develops in synergy with the main companies in the industry and ensures her various professional acknowledgments.
Chiara is a manager with a strong background in finance and capital markets. With thirty years’ experience as a management consultant and interim manager in Europe, the US, China, Central Asia, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Pakistan, Africa, Chiara has lived in London and Washington D.C., working for development banks and other institutional clients. Chiara has been interim head of office for the office for southern Europe of the World Bank Group, in Rome. After two-years as a senior advisor for Hotels, Chiara is currently Director at the Investments and Advisory Services department at Italy Sotheby’s International Realty. Chiara has obtained a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University, and holds a master in Economics and Management from the University of Siena (Italy). She has undertaken post-lauream studies at the University of Cambridge (UK). Chiara has been a researcher in financial economics at the European University Institute (Fiesole, Italy). Fluent in English and French, Chiara is serving on a second consecutive mandate on the board of the University for Foreigners in Siena. She is an active member of the Milan Canova Club and of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation in Milan and Rome.
Bianca, born into an ancient Piedmontese family, has gained many high-level experiences over the years, specializing in public relations. Before joining the Italy Sotheby's Realty team, where she holds the position of "PR Associate", she was involved in events, such as the G8 in Genoa and the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics. In addition, she held the role of External Relations Manager at the Italian Embassy in Prague; in recent years she have worked as a consultant for large Italian companies. Her strength is a network of national contacts consolidated over the years.
An Italian-American, born in Beirut, with a strong international multicultural background having lived in several countries such as: Lebanon, Libya, U.S.A., Greece, Switzerland and Italy. Bachelor in Business Administration at John Cabot University, he began his career in marketing and then as a sales manager with two multinational pharmaceutical companies for over 12 years. His next experience was in the luxury yacht brokerage field, as a partner of a company operating within Italy, with exclusive distribution rights, for an Italian and U.S. brand. After six years later, he began working in the Real Estate industry, where he specialized in strategic property and facility management for financial institutions and a fund. From 2005, he became a managing partner of a Real Estate agency in Sardegna, managing the development and growth of the international clientele and promoting the Costa Smeralda luxury product in foreign markets. From June 2017, he entered Italy - Sotheby's International Realty, Porto Cervo office, as Client Advisor and responsible for top foreign clients.
Born in Varese, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Languages at Georgetown University in Washington DC, Linda returned to Italy and started working in the interior design sector. Her passion for houses and interior design then led her to the world of Luxury Real Estate, becoming a real estate agent for an important international brand and gaining ten years' experience. Her knowledge of several foreign languages allows her to easily interact with important international buyers. Her passion for challenges led her to embrace the Italy Sotheby's International Realty project. In 2022 she became Head of Sales Lake Como, coordinating the team that manages the wonderful real estate of this lake.
