Lodovico Pignatti Morano, born in Rome in 1974. He has lived for over ten years in London working in the field of Leveraged Buy Out (L.B.O.). He holds a Master's degree in real estate finance and economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Queen Mary & Westfield College in London. In 2012, together with his brother Clemente Pignatti Morano, he decided to give life to Italy Sotheby's International Realty with the intention to offer the real estate sector a service tailored to the customer with a portfolio of extraordinary national and international properties.
Clemente Pignatti Morano was born in Rome in 1979. After graduating in Economics and Company Legislation at the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan, and taking specialized courses at the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School, he worked for Deloitte Financial advisory services and KPMG in M&A and extraordinary finance operations. In 2012 he decided to give life to Italy Sotheby's International Realty with the intention of creating a high quality nationwide service in the real estate sector.
The daughter of a former Italian Ambassador Diletta has lived in various cities all over the world (Berlin, Bonn, Zurich, Vienna, New York, Ankara). This has always helped her to grasp a better understanding of the various cultures and different requirements of international clients. Before joining Italy Sotheby's International Realty, she worked for 9 years in the international luxury rental market, both as sales director and as marketing manager and 4 years as Head Sales of the Roman and Tuscan offices within Italy Sotheby's International Realty.
Luca was born in Milan in 1974. Graduated in Consumption and Advertising at the IULM University of Milan, he began his professional career in the commercial world working for an important international group in the metals sector (aluminum and its derivatives) specializing in the automotive and engineering. The decision to move to the real estate sector in 2008 is a natural consequence of the experience and skills acquired, opening and developing the Italian commercial activity of an important international luxury brand; after two years he joined the board as the chief executive officer. In 2012 he enthusiastically joined the new opening project of Italy Sotheby's International Realty as Chairman; from 2017 he is the director of the residential department of the Milan office.
Originally from Emilia, she graduated in Economics for the Arts, Culture and Communication at the Bocconi University of Milan in 2003. She began her professional career following her passion for music in the world of discography, before specializing in marketing, digital marketing and communication in the Hospitality sector. She enthusiastically embraces the opening project of Italy Sotheby's International Realty in 2012, with the first opening in Milan. After an important experience as Digital Marketing Manager for one of the main Italian hotel groups, she returns to Sotheby's International Realty in 2020 as Chief Marketing Officer.
Originally from China, Ming earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Liaoning Normal University and a Master’s in Hotel Management from IHTTI in Switzerland. She started her career in Italy as HR Manager, and subsequently entered the legal sector as Portfolio Manager of international clients at a top notarial office in Milan for more than ten years. She is specialized in drafting legal contracts, as well as building and solidifying a clientele base, especially in the Asian market. As Head of Asia Desk, Ming's international background, strong communication skills, combined with her extensive experience and know-how, make her unique in her field.
Graduated in International and Diplomatic sciences in 2006, he concentrated his work in two main areas of activity: administrative management in the real estate and commercial administration. After his first experience in International trade, he joined a multinational leader in his field, where he worked as International Key Account manager, acquiring experience in the management of complex negotiations and roles of commercial responsibility. In 2011 he moves to South America where he participated in the administrative restructuring of a real estate asset in the productive agricultural sector. On his return to Italy in 2013, he concentrated on real estate mediation and in 2014 started the commercial route in the Piedmont area on behalf of Italy Sotheby's International Realty. The activity, thanks to the support of other real estate expert managers of the territory, gave rise to the opening of the Office of Turin.
Between the shores of Lake Maggiore, along the Ticino river and on the slopes of Alto Vergante, lives and works Isabella Masserini, a real estate agent with great experience in the sector. She works with passion, elegance and determination, facing the challenges of every day, the beauty of the lake has become herdaily routine. From the first years after graduating in Economics she took her first steps in the field of construction and from there she developed an innate interest in the real estate sector, fascinated by the wonderful properties she visited. Italy Sotheby's International Realty welcomes her in 2018 and gives her the opportunity to broaden her working horizons.
Graduated with honors from UCL in London, Marco spent a year abroad and fell in love with Italy while studying Italian literature at the University of Bologna. Born and raised in Scotland, in fact, he began his career in the Hotels sector in Mayfair, London, right next to the Sotheby's office. During this time he often traveled to the Caribbean, between Barbados and Antigua. Determined to move permanently to Italy, Marco began his career in the Real Estate sector 15 years ago, mainly in Tuscany. Today he lives there with his wife and two daughters.
Graduated in Economics and Business at La Sapienza University of Rome, Patrizia goes to live in Milan and London and then returns to her beloved city, Rome. She took her first steps in the real estate world in 1993 by chance and liked it so much that she kept working there uninterruptedly since then. She began her professional career by selecting franchisees and assisting the real estate network she worked with, then founded two brokerage companies becoming their Managing Director. During this experience, she dealt with both Italian and international clients. In 2020, keen on the luxury real estate sector and willing to offer its customers the best service on the market, Patrizia joins the Sotheby’s International Realty team, to enthusiastically cover the role of Head of Sales for Rome Office. Her favorite sentence is the following: you can be convinced that you can do it or not, you will be right anyway.
Originally from Bologna, he moved to Sardinia in 1979 where he took his first steps in the real estate world, collaborating with the Consorzio Costa Smeralda, through which he fits into a strong market in continuous growth, weaving relationships with entrepreneurs and important owners of villas. In the early 1990s he became one of the founding members of the Costa Agency and entered into close contact with Prince Aga Khan, founder of the Costa Smeralda. In 2011 he realizes a new real estate project with his Italian-American working partner Marco Alberti, dealing with the sale and rental of villas, apartments, land and docks, always in the luxury sector. In June 2017 the opening of the office in Porto Cervo, at the Promenade du Port, establishes his entry into Italy Sotheby's Realty estate Italy.
Born in Treviso, he soon approached the real estate market, where he has been active for more than twenty years. Taking advantage of the productive dynamism that characterizes the north-east of Italy, he specializes in real estate investments for office, commercial, industrial and logistic purposes, providing advice to the major industrial realities of northern Italy and also managing the real estate assets of various entrepreneurs. From 2014 it also becomes External Real Estate Advisor of De' Longhi Group, a leading international company.
he joined the team of Italy Sotheby's International Realty since 2017 and starting on May 2020 he became Head of Sales Lake Garda and North-East Italy. Due to the experience gained during his professional career in the management of complex and structured real estate investment transactions, from August 2020 he was chosen for the position of Director of the Investments and Advisory Services department.

Born and raised in Milan, graduated in Political Science at the Università Statale of Milan, Sabrina Longhi currently covers the role of High Street Retail Manager at Italy Sotheby's International Realty. For over a decade she has been dealing with real estate brokerage in the retail sector, with a particular focus on the city of Milan. She approaches the retail segment management by affinity and passion, succeeding in the years to follow with several urban projects in Milan - as the realization of the design street - Via Durini, which she develops in synergy with the main companies in the industry and ensures her various professional acknowledgments.
Chiara is a manager with a strong background in finance and capital markets. With thirty years’ experience as a management consultant and interim manager in Europe, the US, China, Central Asia, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Pakistan, Africa, Chiara has lived in London and Washington D.C., working for development banks and other institutional clients. Chiara has been interim head of office for the office for southern Europe of the World Bank Group, in Rome. After two-years as a senior advisor for Hotels, Chiara is currently Director at the Investments and Advisory Services department at Italy Sotheby’s International Realty. Chiara has obtained a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University, and holds a master in Economics and Management from the University of Siena (Italy). She has undertaken post-lauream studies at the University of Cambridge (UK). Chiara has been a researcher in financial economics at the European University Institute (Fiesole, Italy). Fluent in English and French, Chiara is serving on a second consecutive mandate on the board of the University for Foreigners in Siena. She is an active member of the Milan Canova Club and of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation in Milan and Rome.
Mirta was able to gather her skills in the fields of Administration, Finance and Control in many different contexts, including international ones, getting a BA in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University in 2001 and a Degree in Economics in 2007. After various experiences, both in professional consultancy and in business coordination in the AFC area, including the d'Amico Società di Navigazione Group and the Green Network Energy Group, she joined Italy Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, in the position of Head of Admin and Financial Control.
