Villa Querciola is a beautifully restored villa located in the Volterra countryside with spectacular 360-degree views of the medieval city and surrounding hills.
The property boasts a strategic position, only an hour's drive from Florence and Pisa, 45 minutes from Siena and 30 minutes from the sea of Cecina.
The villa is reachable from the center of Volterra in just 10 minutes (5 km.) along a scenic 2km of country road.
The land measures around 13,000 square meters. There is a 5x12 metre pool. ( 1.5 mt deep.) with gazebo and large solarium;
The pool has a platform in the centre where one can relax suspended in the water. It is also equipped with a jacuzzi for 4 people.
On the West side of the villa, there is a lovely SPA area with sauna, shower, hot tub and solarium.
There are two porticoes, one to the North with beautiful views of Volterra and one to the South equipped with kitchen and fireplace/barbecue with open view of the hills, both connected to the interior kitchen.
There is a 6-hole putting green of about 70 square meters in the most scenic area.

Villa Querciola has 8 bedrooms, 6 of which have en-suite bathrooms, large relaxation areas, 2 living rooms, kitchen equipped with breakfast counter, dining room and billiard room.
From the kitchen you can easily access the two outdoor porticoes equipped with tables and sofas. In each room there is air conditioning.
Throughout the house and pool area you can connect to the internet via wifi. All electrical functions (lights, boilers, automatic gate, etc.) are remotely manageable via home automation as well as all external cameras.
