The property, located at the top of Vico Equense, enjoys a lovely view of Mount Faito, Vesuvius, and the entire Gulf of Naples. The entire building - which was a former mill - has a surface of more than 500 square meters: the internal structure dates back to the 17th century, and the main body - accessible from a private road - is divided into four levels. The property, subjected to a total restoration following bio-building criteria, is mainly made of limestone and tuff.
The result of the inspiration of two architects is a decidedly flexible dwelling: the rooms merge into a harmonious and impactful whole and lend themselves to being bedrooms or living areas with a kind of continuity of matter that distinguishes the entire structure.
The building is surrounded by 1,2 hectares of terraced land, partly cultivated with olive groves. At the top of the property - up on the "Piana di Marte" - there is a rural tower building of about 80sqm and a large underground cistern that still serves as a collection of rainwater.
