Charming cottage with land and olive grove

A wonderful view of the sea and the Salento countryside characterizes this ancient rural house, which is located in a beautiful dominant position on Serra di Racale with a trullo, other buildings and a land of over 16,000 sqm. The property has a double entrance and is surrounded by traditional dry-stone walls and also offers the possibility of building an additional housing unit of over 100 sqm. Many olive trees and various species of trees surround this typical Salento country house. Mediterranean and fruit plants: almond, fig, apricot, medlar, myrtle, prickly pear, and medicinal plants such as sage and rosemary. Every year, the olive trees were cleaned and the capers treated and collected. A well built in 2018 guarantees the water requirements of the entire property.
