This property takes shape from a project by the architect Ugo, from the 1940s, in Mondello. This villa is characterized by three floors above ground, an outbuilding and a private garden, unique and original in its architecture and composition. Once a single property, it is now divided into two residential units, one on the ground floor, and one between the first and second floors plus an outbuilding in the garden. Very large and spacious terraces allow you to experience not only the external space, but also the upper floors, enjoying the view of Piazza Caboto and the lush greenery in front. The two properties can be brought back to a single unit, but can currently be inhabited as independent houses. The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a veranda, two bathrooms and a kitchen. From every room the windows connect the inside with the outside. The upper floor is, in turn, distributed on two levels, living area below and sleeping area above, each room with windows, allowing you to constantly enjoy natural light and outdoor space. A third unit is made up of the dependance, which is located inside the garden, a small but composed environment that allows you to live comfortably in a small space.
