Palazzo Maletto, built in the 17th century by Princes Spadafora and Moncada and renovated in the 19th century, is located in the city's historic centre. The characteristic via Maletto, which takes its name from the palace, leads to the Basilica of San Francesco and the Oratory of San Lorenzo. The flat has been completely restored and its exposure makes it full of light. Entering the apartment we find a living room and then the dining room. The presence of very high ceilings with plaster frames brings back to life times gone by . On the same floor we find the kitchen and laundry room with its own balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building. Continuing we find a bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining room we access the loft and also the upper floor where we find an intimate living room with fireplace and the master bedroom with its decorated beamed roof and bathroom. From the loft there is access to the 24 sqm terrace. Although the house is located in the centre of town, the area has been a pedestrian zone for years and the silence of the house could make you forget its central location. In the reconstruction the owners have respected its origins and at the same time have made it very comfortable and livable.
