This indipendent house is located in the historical centre of Modica near Corso Umberto, the main street. The house has 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a patio and a living room; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom in each room, a modern furnished kitchen that gives to the terrace, and a little studio-living room with library and TV.
The house has been completely renovated with the aim of maintaining its original soul and restore the spaces that time had hidden, such as the cave discovered in the rooms adjacent to the patio.
All the materials used for the restoration of the house are natural elements, typical of the local tradition: Modica stone, pitch stone and natural colors that are present in all the house and that have found their natural place in a simple and elegant project.
On the ground floor guests have access to an interconnecting area that includes the well, the patio and the living room.
