When we come across this Art Nouveau building in the Città Studi area, it inspires "some kind of beautiful". Immersed in a green district and characterized by historic buildings, there is this Art Nouveau-Decò building with unique architectural and artistic details: the circular entrance door that recalls the style of Sommaruga, the stylized drawings on the walls that create the figures of two large lions and above all the large fireplace with the lion's face. The original triangular balcony is of rare beauty.
The building was the New Headquarters of the Acquabella Sport Club, then it housed the Achille De Orchi paper converting company and was finally the Crepax residence. This 330-sqm apartment is spread over two floors, with three entrances, planted terraces of 130 sqm and balconies of 14 sqm. The modern style and design chosen by the owner integrate perfectly with the historic building, kept in excellent condition in the common areas. On the lower floor there is a large open kitchen equipped with two large lounges, a gym (which could be transformed into a bedroom with a private bathroom), a large bathroom and a laundry. The numerous windows overlook the flowered and planted terrace. The second entrance allows the creation of a completely independent studio on the right side of the house. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a small terrace and access to the garden, and a room used as a closet.
