Designed in the early 1970s by the architect Giovanni Dini from Lucca, a deep expert of the classic local architectural style, the villa looks like a single home, but each of the three floors is already set to become, if necessary, an independent apartment.
The building materials are the Tuscan traditional ones: terracotta floors, stairs and windowsills in serene stone, chestnut wooden doors and windows, railings and wrought-iron balustrades, handmade by excellent craftsmen.
The ground floor features a living room with fireplace, communicating with the study through a large glass door. It is open on a small terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and the countryside; the dining room is on a higher level and, thanks to a serving hatch, communicates with the kitchen that opens onto the garden with gazebo equipped with tables and chairs. From the entrance, the local stone staircase, consisting of three short ramps, rises to the first floor, with a beautiful 360-degree view of the surrounding hills. It consists of a large lounge with a fireplace and a dining room, a kitchen with an old marble sink and a terrace, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with two adjoining bathrooms and a single bedroom.
The basement is also organized as an independent apartment: the access is either from the entrance of the villa, via a small stone staircase, or from the garden through the large living room door.

The pool, 7 x 14 meters, is 1 to 3 meters deep. It is equipped with the pump compartment and a full bathroom in a special basement compartment.
