On the hills Florence, overlooking the city, we find this historical villa notified for its importance under the Italian Code of Cultural and Environmental Heritage by decision n ° 42 of 22/01/2004. The building of 680 sqm has multiple access from the outside and is set in a large park that shares with other lesser buildings/annexes part of the same property. It comprises five floors above ground, two partially buried. The "Limonaia" is the other residential building included in the property. It comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus 2 living rooms, over two floors.
The property is surrounded by a terraced garden, bordered by stone walls, with ponds and fountains, as well as 2 hectares of land, mainly olive groves.
The state of preservation is also very good considering the recent (2007-2010) restoration works that have affected both roofing and exterior facades, as well as the interiors and technical (heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.) systems.
