In the oldest heart of the splendid city of Bologna, set in an ancient noble palace dating back to 1500, we find a residence of great charm entirely frescoed by Felice Giani, an illustrious painter of the first Italian neoclassical who, in addition to the many and well-known noble palaces of the peninsula, he also signed works of great value in St. Petersburg and Paris between the end of the 1700s and the first decade of the 1800s. Each extraordinary view of this apartment faces the crenellated towers of the wonderful historic center, the nerve center of the city's political life since ever, on the medieval roofs and offers glimpses of the towers, in particular that of the Asinelli, symbol of the city. Located on the main floor of the building, served by a lift, the property covers an area of ââabout 200 square meters, the ceilings have heights of over 5m and the floors are the original ones, entirely and beautifully restored. The entrance overlooks a very bright living room of great representation, framed by a beautiful period fireplace, from which you pass into a spacious eat-in kitchen. The large and charming master bedroom with a particular en suite bathroom is arranged on two levels thanks to a mezzanine; we also find a second study room, with an independent entrance from the main one, with a mezzanine that doubles the space, and a second bathroom for the living area.
