The property, built in 1906, is located on a hill at less than a kilometer from the shore of the lake and the main square of the village of Domaso, in the high part of the lake of Como.
The villa spreads out over three floors plus basement and is composed, on the ground floor, of a comfortable entrance, a living room with fireplace, a large dining room with open kitchen, an imposing fireplace and a guest bathroom. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a large bathroom and two balconies; in the attic, on the second floor, a bedroom with a hobby room and the ironing room. In the basement there is a large stone cellar with vaulted ceilings 4 meters high, suitable for a wellness area.
Domaso is a renowned holiday resort with a quaint old town, bars, restaurants and an important hospital in the nearby town of Gravedona; it is located at an hour's drive from Milan and Malpensa International Airport.
