Palazzo San Giovanni is an elegant building designed by the architect Pietro Bottini at the end of 1800, situated very close to the promenade of Intra, and dominates the village of San Giovanni. After important restoration works, this historic palazzo retains the typical and exclusive architectural style of the buildings of the Lake Maggiore. The building may also be converted into seven luxury apartments, some with private garden, guaranteeing comfort and privacy in the peaceful town of Verbania.
In the entrance hall of the building there is a large and fascinating staircase that divides the building into two main wings, which ensure the subdivisions into two apartments of approximately 200 sqm/each per floor. An elevator allows direct access to the floors. The essence of this palazzo with its frescoed ceilings and original architectural details allow you to create also one single house composed as follows: on the ground floor, an entrance hall that leads to the living room, facing the veranda in the garden; on the first floor, the bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore; on the second floor, the attic where you can realize an apartment overlooking the garden, the Lake and the town of Verbania.
