Beautiful villa on the Piedmont coast of Lake Maggiore, built in the late XIX century and transformed by the architect Vietti in 1925 in a modern style villa with large windows and large terraces to enjoy a beautiful lake view. The architect Vietti gives the villa an innovative layout, with interconnected spaces. On the ground floor there is the large living area, the dining room, the industrial kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathrooms. On the floor, Vietti creates a water channel partly covered with glass that crosses the dining room and he creates also a central crystal staircase with steps in white marble with a 9-meter-high floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the garden. The upper floors are easily accessible from the stairwell and the elevator. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with four bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobe area, gym, reading room. On the attic floor there is an apartment comprising a large living room with kitchen, three bedrooms with bathroom and wardrobe. The large terraces of the first floor and on the attic floor enable you to enjoy the beauty of the lake, from the beach up to the Alps. The park with ancient trees, magnolias, rhododendrons, camellias and azaleas, includes two outbuildings, one of which in the woods. The villa (which can be divided into five apartments) has been renovated ten years ago by the architect Alberto Mercati, who enhanced the style of Vietti, combining functionality with prestige.
