This 500 mq apartment has panoramic views of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main road ( mainly pedestrian) of the baroque town of Noto.
The building goes back to the eighteenth century, it was owned by the Zappata family. A large courtyard with a large beamed ceiling staircase gives access to the apartment on the noble floor.
The apartment occupies the entire wing of the building and it can be reached by an antique staircase in pitch stone.
It features four large living rooms – two of which look onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele, four bedrooms – two have en-suite bathrooms, a large spacious kitchen with a laundry room, three storage rooms and a private terrace. All of the rooms have their original epoch flooring and some also have original frescoes. All of the windows and doors are framed in local limestone which reflects the 18th century local architectural style. The balconies are held up by local stone as all the corner cladding.
This is the ideal venue to enjoy the world heritage town with all its baroque buildings and churches and the nearby beaches.
