Sant'Angelo in Colle is a small village located in the municipality of Montalcino in a territory that portrays the typical stunning Tuscan landscapes. We fnd ourselves are on the southern slope of the Montalcino hill, amidst the vineyards of the famous Brunello, in a setting dotted with farms, castles, villas, cypress-lined avenues and the ubiquitous rows of vines. The town is a characteristic medieval village situated on a hill from which you can admire a marvellous view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata. The small village was built with a characteristic oval shape, the entrance is dominated by an imposing tower and is crossed by small alleys and concentric streets with the central square, the main church and the palace of the notables.
Today the village looks like a small jewel of harmony in which the typical characteristics of the Sienese Middle Ages have been maintained.
The property is located on the outer walls, facing east from the village and from the terraced garden (approximately 180 sq.m.) you can enjoy the most suggestive views of the valley below, which alternates tidy plots of land planted with olive groves and rows of grapevines. Crossing the entrance of the Borgo and once past the central square, alternate small squares, alleys with arches and typical medieval lanes up to the house that is equipped with three entrances, one for the garage and two for the house.
The building, finely restored and including all furnishings, has been kept intact in its original form; great attention has been given to the conservative restoration: today it presents itself on the ground floor with entrance, dining room and kitchen which leads to the splendid and panoramic veranda and the large garden. On the upper floor there is a hallway plus a bedroom and a large closet. Downstairs, compared to the ground floor, there is access to the triple living room and two other bedrooms, in the house there are 3 bathrooms, one of which is at the entrance. The property includes a cellar with external access located in the exclusive garden.
