The design excellence of WaltherPark bears the signature of Sir David Chipperfield, a world-renowned architect known for his elegant and sustainable approach. The project transforms a central area of Bolzano into a new urban hub featuring residences, offices, green spaces, a 4-star superior hotel, and a shopping gallery. Following the “building on the built” philosophy, Chipperfield integrates the existing structures into a contemporary and functional vision.
Beyond its architectural value, WaltherPark improves the city by revitalizing the park, creating new pedestrian areas, and reducing traffic.
