Villa Melusina was born from the desire to restore the full potential of an exceptional location. The architectural redevelopment transforms the existing property into a private collection of five contemporary residences, each designed as a work in its own right: generous interiors, expansive glazed surfaces, and a seamless continuity between indoors and outdoors, in constant dialogue with the lakeside landscape.
Lake Como is one of Europe's most recognisable and sought-after destinations: light dancing on the water, Mediterranean vegetation alternating with mountain scenery, and the tranquillity of its more secluded shores. A rare balance of nature, elegance and serenity that has attracted an international elite for centuries.
Villa Melusina is located on Via Bonardi, between Como and Cernobbio—the heart of the upper lake—just minutes from the city centre, the iconic hotels on the western shore, and the main transport links to Milan and Switzerland.
The residences at Villa Melusina each offer a distinct interpretation of contemporary living, united by the same uncompromising standard of excellence. From the private panoramic garden overlooking the water to the exclusive penthouse rooftop with 180-degree lake views, every space has been conceived to ensure absolute privacy.
The interiors of Villa Melusina are the result of precise design choices: carefully considered proportions, premium-quality materials, and a level of craftsmanship that can be appreciated in every detail.
