Villa dei Massimi was built in 1922 on a plot of land situated atop Monte Mario Hill, in the northern district of Rome known as Balduina, near Via Trionfale, an iconic Roman street.
The building was designed in the second decade of the twentieth century, which influenced its architectural features. During the 1910s and 1920s, it maintained its original structure while incorporating modern elements, reflecting the evolving architectural style of the time as we perceive it today.
The villa, a splendid example of early 20th-century noble architecture, is now at the heart of a revitalization project that renews its identity by transforming it into five refined residences.
The intervention blends the original charm with the demands of contemporary living, offering communal spaces designed for well-being and social interaction — including an outdoor pool, spa, and private gym.
