Just a few steps from Piazza Bra, the Arena, and Castelvecchio stands an elegant cielo-terra palazzo comprising five residential units, dating back to the last quarter of the 18th century. Recorded in the Napoleonic Cadastre (1807–1816) and later confirmed in the Austrian Cadastre (1834–1881), the building represents a valuable testament to the city's historical stratification.
Its discreet yet authoritative presence embodies the authentic charm of Veronese architecture, blending the memory of the past with a vibrant urban setting rich in amenities. The recent redevelopment has successfully enhanced this heritage, preserving its historical identity while breathing new life into the interior spaces.
A city of art with a millennia-old history, Verona has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000 thanks to its extraordinary urban fabric, where different eras coexist in perfect harmony: from the Roman legacy of the Arena to the medieval and Renaissance architecture that defines the historic center. Ranked among the top ten Italian cities for quality of life, Verona combines excellent livability with a dynamic economy and a strategic location.
Served by an international airport and positioned at the crossroads of major motorway and railway routes—including high-speed lines—it allows easy access to Venice, Florence, and Milan in about ninety minutes, and to Rome in just over three hours. Completing this privileged setting is the proximity to the Dolomites, reachable in two hours, and to Lake Garda, which enriches the area with exceptional cultural, scenic, and recreational opportunities.
The renovation, initiated in 2017 and completed in 2024, with additional finishing and furnishing works in 2025, is based on a regeneration philosophy that preserves the eighteenth-century façades while integrating a contemporary residential language within them.
