Architectural Restoration

The project was entrusted to the SCR studio in Verona. Nine apartments of various sizes were created: four on the ground floor, two on the noble floor, and three on the second floor, utilizing the spacious attic area of the granary.

The exterior and interior facades were restored, with particular attention to historical elements such as the grand staircase in white Verona marble and the wrought iron railing. The plaster was redone using natural mortars, while the wooden ceilings and floors were either recovered or restored with traditional materials.
