The admirable complex, which stands in an area originally incorporated into a monastic settlement, consists of the Villa Morona De Gastaldis, bound and protected, fully registered in the register of Venetian Villas, and by adjacencies such as a guesthouse, annex and a delightful private church-oratory. The villa, dating back to the eighteenth century and with a long history of aristocratic families from local lords to the Venetian nobles, has been completely renovated in recent times with works completed in 2018 in full compliance with the rules of protection of the artistic heritage and equipping the building of every comfort, technological equipment and general efficiency. Complementary to the villa, a cozy adjacent guesthouse also renovated and an annex, the former cellars-stables, of generous dimensions totally renovated on two large above-ground levels and a large basement for garage use. All adorned by a spacious flat garden planted, equipped, sub-irrigated and under video surveillance like the whole property, with double entrance, and by a suggestive internal courtyard, quiet and pleasantly secluded. The private church-oratory that completes this exclusive property was commissioned by Giovanni Savioni in 1571 and, characterized by a high Baroque façade, can still be used for religious functions and private ceremonies. Even the characteristic interiors of the villa, comfortable and bright, have all been treated with great taste and finished with exceptional quality of materials during the restoration works. Each room is embellished with interesting architectural details such as original fireplaces, exposed stone staircases or precious authentic flooring, and enjoy the many enchanting views of the suggestive panorama of boundless beauty that opens in front of the villa, from the private garden to the historic center of the town. with the relaxing green of the Treviso pre-Alps as a background.
