This working agriturismo in the heart of the Cesane Park, just a few minutes from the medieval city of Urbino, is an authentic Italian rural idyll. Stunning landscape and a beautifully restored, large rambling farmhouse with approximately 24 Ha of land.
Guests can choose from 5 apartments in the main house, each with its own kitchen/diner and independent entrance. The owner's accommodation, the largest of all, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very comfortable open plan kitchen drawing room.
In the well tended, automatically irrigated, garden and orchard, which can be directly accessed by each apartment, there is a saltwater pool with views across the fields and a separate changing room. Just a stone's throw from the main house, are the stables, the 20m X 40m riding arena and paddocks. The stables have 7 boxes, a saddle room, a bathroom and plenty of extra storage room as well as photovoltaic panels on the roof that provide electricity, some for the property and some that is sold to the grid.
The unspoiled and picturesque land is easily managed and consists mainly of pasture and arable with some vineyards and woodland.
