Palazzo Raggi: an outstanding eighteenth-century palace of an ancient noble family, in the heart of Rome, at Via del Gambero 8, between Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon, comes back to life.
Designed by the architectural studios Tamburini and dL Engineering of Rome (restoration) and Scandurra of Milan (interior design), the palace has undergone a complete restoration that offers all comforts of today with great respect for the original materials and preserving the charm of the era. The aristocratic entrance leads into modern rooms, studied in detail, in line with the needs of everyday life. Three staircases, one of which is monumental, with the latest generation of lifts, serve the various floors for a total of 30 flats. All accommodations are unique and different from each other, four of which have large terraces. Each apartment has been given a distinctive name, taking inspiration from the great Italian masters: painters, sculptors, poets and composers.
The 'Pirandello' flat, located on the third floor in staircase C, is composed of an entrance hall leading to the living area with an extraordinary double exposure: the main living room with open kitchen is located between the two courtyards, the monumental one at the entrance and the one set up as a garden, with five windows on each side for spectacular brightness. A corridor separates from the living room the sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a third bathroom.
