Palazzetto Parrasio is a stylish building that overlooks the homonymous holm oak forest, with a 250 sqm panoramic terrace. This stunning property is located in the heart of Rome, between the Gianicolo slopes and the Trastevere neighborhood. The building's was built on the borders of the Arcadia Academy dating back to the 17th century. It is an extraordinary piece of industrial archeology as it was originally built to exploit the old Roman sources, it has had many uses over the years.
Nowadays, the Palazzetto Parrasio is a boutique hotel with seven cozy rooms and an excellent restaurant. The hotel offers exclusive outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy the breathtaking view of the holm oak forest.
With a double entrance, features on the ground floor a comfortable dining room, a large equipped kitchen, and several storage areas. On the first floor, it provides a bright living room overlooking the greenery and three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, including a large master bedroom. The terrace above offers a further kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious veranda, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. There is also the option of an elevator connecting the various floors for easy access.
It should be noted that Palazzetto Parrasio can be reconverted to its original state of private residence.
