This bright apartment has a large view over Piazza di Spagna, one of the most exclusive squares in Rome, and is just a stone's throw away from the famous Trinità de' Monti Spanish steps designed by architect Francesco De Sanctis. This area also known as the Trident, is the real "living room" of Rome, where everything is within reach, including famous monuments, museums, exclusive shops, restaurants, and green spaces.
Trinità de' Monti, facing Villa Medici, is the natural entrance to one of the most beautiful parks in Rome, Villa Borghese. The history of the name of the ancient Via dei Due Macelli dates back to the two meat stores that were located there, until Pope Leo XII built the slaughterhouse outside Porta del Popolo in 1825.
Located on the 4th floor of an elegant period building with elevator, this apartment boasts a large entrance hall, a living room, a dining room adjacent to a spacious and bright kitchen with breakfast area. Overlooking Piazza di Spagna, it offers unique views. In the sleeping quarter, there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with another bathroom, and a small but comfortable laundry room. The finishes are of high quality, with wooden frames, high ceilings, and a decorated grit floor.
This house is perfect as a main residence or, given its optimal location, as an investment in hospitality activities. For lovers of running and horseback riding, Villa Borghese is an excellent playground. For cyclists, on the other hand, we are just a step away (Lungotevere) from the main cycle path in Rome that goes from North Rome to the Sea (Fiumicino/Ostia).
