Sophisticated Colombara House situated on the hills of Val Luretta in the province of Piacenza in about one and half hour from Milan city: a location that favors absolute privacy with a panoramic view over the Rocca di Monteventano and the hills. During the first renovation, an attempt was made to recall the style of the Rocca tower, giving a great value by using high-quality materials like the stones from Luretta river and wood that are perfectly inlaid in various environments that we find inside the house. During the second renovation, the owner worked closely with architects to bring a touch of design to the villa, creating a modern and elegant environment starting with the creation of a bright lounge overlooking the valley. The house can accommodate the family and numerous guests, it has a large and bright living area with a double view of the courtyard and the garden, the kitchen is open space with the dining room and living room, a part of the laboratory kitchen is sold together with the house Bulthaup with a unique Viennese design, the worktop and appliance column are minimal but full of character.
