Villa Nike, a magnificent property in Posillipo overlooking the Gulf of Naples

Villa Nike, a prestigious property in Posillipo, also known as "Villa degli Ammiragli", has been the official residence of the Commander-in-Chief of the Allied Forces of Southern Europe until 2013. It rises above the sea-level in the residential street Via Scipione and enjoys an exceptional view wandering over the City of Naples and the Vesuvius, reaching also the Sorrento peninsula and Capri, and embracing the entire Gulf of Naples. The building has an elongated floor plan, stretched out towards the sea, which guarantees to most of the rooms an extraordinary panorama. The esplanade in front of Villa Nike, embellished with centuries-old magnolias, is designed to comfortably receive the guest's vehicles. The villa is currently undergoing a complete renovation and reinterpretation of the external and internal environments. The property of over 1600 commercials square meters has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, as well as magnificent terraces not only at the level of the representative area but also on the first floor where the sleeping area is located.
