The ancient village of Montemagno with its picturesque and unspoiled hills of Monferrato is the setting for this charming property that spreads over 7.5 hectares 5 of which tillable with potential productivity of about 40,000 bottles a year. Locally-grown grapes are Barbera and Ruché.
Entering you can see the former barn, now used as a cinema / home theater that, thanks to large windows, enjoys the wonderful view of the valley of the property.
