Torre degli Ulivi and its 6 hectares was born from a nineteenth-century tower located in Menfi, a city known for being between the area of the Doric temples of Selinunte and the area of the archaeological excavations of Eraclea Minoa. It looks like a typical Sicilian baglio completely restored and inspired by the typical country villas of the region where on the ground floor we are welcomed by a large living room with fireplace from which it is possible to access the various rooms. The dining room, the study and the large kitchen with corner bar The property offers different perspectives, such as the sea view from the pool side and a view of the internal courtyard which leads to the small SPA with hydromassage, hammam and emotional shower. The bedrooms painted in pastel colors make the environment relaxing, and offer en-suite bathrooms with sea views. There is also a covered patio that offers the possibility of enjoying the view all year round thanks to its pergola roof, where the outdoor furniture also allows you to have lunch outside and have a bbq area. On the second floor we find a large terrace which also serves as a solarium or as a location for elegant dinners. The vast meadow where there are 150 olive trees, offers the possibility of immersing yourself in nature and at the same time being one step away from the sea.
