Villa Dilù, that is simply unique, an elegant and refined summer residence, was born from an old farmhouse dating back to the 19th century a few steps from the sea. It extends over a plot of approximately 10,000 smq with a large vegetable garden, many fruit trees and a 100 year old vineyard. The garden is completed by an elegant swimming pool with direct access from the patio of the villa, surrounded by a triple row of Spanish cypresses over 20 sqm high. Many wooden patios composed of jasmine and other fragrant plants; various marble tables allow you to experience every corner of this villa at all times of the day, from sunrise to sunset. In the main body of the villa there is a large living room and a kitchen with pantry and laundry service spaces. In the sleeping area, there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The large porch, for summer siestas, overlooks the large swimming pool and the ancient stone fountain. The structure is equipped with standard systems, central heating and air conditioning system in the whole house. Upstairs, a beautiful lounge on wooden parquet from the 1400s provides the backdrop for an elegant stone fireplace; the villa also has a cellar and a champagneria with high quality wines and champagne. Not far from the villa, there is also a heliport.
