Nestled in a wonderful corner of the Ionic Coast we find Villa Maresa, a unique jewel with a private access to the sea.
The property is sourraunded in a private park of about 4800 square meters with essences - such as rosemary, sage, thyme and mint - olive trees and Mediterranean scrub.
The villa spreads on three floors. In the basement there is a convenient garage, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms for the service staff and a bathroom.
The main apartment develops on the ground floor, and it's divided in living area and sleeping area: in the living area we find the kitchen with an adjacent utility room, a large living room and a very bright dining room. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole apartment is surrounded by magnificent patios that frame the breathtaking view of the sea and the nature that surrounds the property. An external staircase leads to the third floor, currently a rustic attic.
