This property is unique due to its splendid location in the heart of the old part of the village of Panarea, whose terraces offer a privileged view of the sea. The view of the harbour and of the rocks 'Dattilo', 'Lisca Bianca' and 'Basiluzzo' during sunset is incomparable with the colours of the typical Aeolian houses reflected in the sea, blending with the yellow and purple of the original stone. The house, with a large floor plan, a façade of more than 17 metres, and two independent entrances, is made up of five Aeolian cubes (load-bearing wall) distributed over two floors, and has recently undergone a complete extraordinary maintenance operation, presenting itself today in first-use condition. The property is distributed over two habitable floors and an upper solarium with a breathtaking view of the harbour and the crown of islets that make the panorama unique, right down to framing Stromboli, which enriches Panarea's nights with magic due to its frequent eruptive intermittence that feeds the continuous line of descent to the sea of the sciara di fuoco. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two beds and the last one with a French bed, and three bathrooms. In the spacious upper living room/kitchen, there are also two additional beds on brickwork Aeolian sofas (bisuoli). Completing and characterising the distribution of the space on the floor is a large covered terrace of great charm with a panoramic view of Stromboli, Basiluzzo and the other islands, and a balcony also covered with a fixed Aeolian structure, with furnishings that allow for suggestive private moments in the light of candles and the ground lighting system that create fascinating light and shade effects. The house is furnished with pieces and accessories of the highest standard, and is equipped with an air-conditioning system, washing and drying appliances, a fireplace, electric heating in the bathrooms, a TV system, a professional kitchen with an American fridge and complete new laundry.
